Titanium Grade 8 (UNS R54810) Tubes are made up of 89–94% titanium, having 0.25–0.40% palladium, 0.15–0.40% iron, and 0.20–0.40% oxygen. The addition of palladium increases resistance to reducing acids and corrosive atmospheres. These tubes have a tensile strength of approximately 620 MPa, yield strength of 480 MPa, and elongation of 15–20%, offering excellent endurance and resistance to stress. With a specific gravity of 4.51 g/cm³, they present a high strength-to-weight ratio, excellent fatigue properties, and thermal stability, a reliable option for harsh industrial and structural applications.
