Titanium Grade 7 (DIN 3.7235, UNS R52400) Pipes consist of 90–94% titanium, with 0.12–0.25% palladium, 0.2–0.4% iron, and 0.18–0.40% oxygen added as an alloy. Palladium addition greatly improves corrosion resistance, especially in reducing and acidic conditions. The mechanical properties involve tensile strength of approximately 550 MPa, yield strength of 400 MPa, and elongation of 15%, both providing durability and flexibility when under stress. With a density of 4.43 g/cm³, Titanium Gr 7 Pipes offer excellent strength-to-weight ratio, superior corrosion resistance, and reliable performance in severe industrial and marine environments.
