Titanium Bars consist chiefly of 98–99% titanium, with minute amounts of aluminum and vanadium added to the composition for increased strength and durability. These bars have excellent mechanical and physical characteristics, such as high strength-to-weight, low density (4.51 g/cm³), and tensile strength of up to 140 ksi (965 MPa). They have good structure at up to 600°F (315°C) temperatures, with good oxidation and chemical resistance. Other advantages include biocompatibility, non-magnetic character, and higher fatigue resistance. These properties render Titanium Bars exceptionally appropriate for severe operating conditions, providing long-term service in industrial and biomedical applications.
