Titanium R50250 Pipes consist of 99% pure titanium, with controlled iron (0.15–0.40%) and oxygen (0.18–0.40%) additions to increase strength and corrosion resistance. These pipes are renowned for their low density (4.51 g/cm³) and superior formability. Coupling light weight with enhanced durability, their mechanical characteristics are tensile strength of ~240 MPa, yield strength of ~170 MPa, and elongation of 24% for flexibility and toughness. Having a modulus of elasticity of only ~105 GPa, Titanium Grade 1 Pipes exhibit outstanding resilience for applications that demand lightness, strength, and corrosion resistance.
