Titanium Grade 2 Pipes consist of around 99.2% titanium and trace amounts of 0.3% iron and 0.25% oxygen. It is a well-known alloy for its excellent corrosion resistance, great strength-to-weight ratio, and improved weldability. Mechanical properties include a tensile strength of around 344 MPa, yield strength of 275 MPa, and elongation of 20%, with a great combination of strength and ductility. Titanium Grade 2 Pipes also have a density of 4.5 g/cm³, with lightweight structure united with excellent resistance to seawater, acids, and oxidizing conditions for greater durability.
