Waspalloy Sheets and Plates consist of about 58–62% Nickel, 18–22% Chromium, 3.5–5% Cobalt, 1.2–2% Molybdenum, 2–3% Titanium, 1.2–2% Aluminum, with minute traces of Boron, Carbon, and Zirconium. These alloys exhibit remarkable strength and stability at elevated temperatures. Mechanical properties consist of tensile strength 965–1240 MPa, yield strength 725–1035 MPa, and elongation 10–20%. These alloys have strong creep resistance, fatigue strength, and oxidation resistance up to 980°C, which gives Waspalloy a popular selection for high-stress, high-temperature industrial usage
