Titanium Grade 5 Tube Fittings, also referred to as Ti-6Al-4V, are made of 90% titanium, 6% aluminum, and 4% vanadium. The alloy provides a strong combination of corrosion resistance and high strength while having low density. Titanium Grade 5 has a tensile strength of approximately 930 MPa and a density of 4.43 g/cm³. It is nearly twice as strong as commercially pure titanium.
