Titanium Grade 5 Plates and Sheets contain 90% titanium, 6% aluminum, and 4% vanadium, making up a high-strength alloy. They have high strength-to-weight ratio, high corrosion resistance, and fair weldability. They have a tensile strength of about 895 MPa, yield strength of 828 MPa, and 14% elongation, which gives them both strength and ductility. With a specific weight of 4.43 g/cm³, Titanium Grade 5 offers superior performance in hostile temperatures and corrosive conditions, making it best for applications involving high-stress situations where durability, efficiency, and reliability are critical.
