Titanium Grade 5 Forged Fittings consist of about 90% titanium, 6% aluminum, and 4% vanadium. This alloy has good corrosion resistance, a high strength-to-weight ratio, and excellent fatigue resistance. Mechanical properties consist of tensile strength of up to 1380 MPa, yield strength of up to 1150 MPa, and elongation of approximately 10%. Such characteristics make Titanium Gr 5 fittings perfect for aerospace, marine, and medical uses where performance, toughness, and lightness are essential for long-term performance and operational efficiency under harsh conditions.
