Super Duplex Steel Washers normally consist of approximately 25% chromium, 7% nickel, and 3–4% molybdenum with balanced proportions of nitrogen and iron. This alloy provides excellent mechanical properties, such as tensile strength of around 750–800 MPa and yield strength of around 450 MPa. These washers are highly resistant to toughness, have better resistance against stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion, even under chloride-bearing environments. Their microstructure, an austenite-ferrite phase combination, increases durability and stability, making Super Duplex Steel Washers dependable parts for application in demanding applications needing both strength and corrosion resistance.
