Super Duplex Steel Screws consist of around 25% chromium, 7% nickel, and 4% molybdenum with a nitrogen addition to provide increased strength and corrosion resistance. Their distinctive two-phase microstructure provides enhanced resistance to stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion, even in chlorided environments. The screws have excellent mechanical properties with high tensile and yield strength, good hardness, and excellent impact toughness.
