Permalloy Round Bars consist mainly of 78% nickel and 21% iron, with traces of copper and molybdenum for better performance. The special alloying scheme gives excellent magnetic permeability, low coercivity, and high saturation magnetism, well suited for sophisticated magnetic applications. The mechanical properties of the bars are also very strong with a high tensile strength, high ductility, and corrosion resistance.
