Maraging Steel Bars are mainly made up of iron, nickel (17–19%), cobalt (8–12%), molybdenum (3–5%), titanium, and some trace elements. This low-carbon, high-nickel alloy achieves incredible strength through age-hardening instead of relying on carbon content. It boasts an ultimate tensile strength of up to 2,400 MPa, along with excellent toughness, high fracture resistance, and outstanding dimensional stability after heat treatment. The alloy’s low thermal expansion and good weldability make it perfect for precision components. Its blend of high strength and ductility provides superior fatigue resistance, even in demanding operational conditions.
