Titanium Grade 5 Wire, or Ti-6Al-4V, contains 90% titanium, 6% aluminum, and 4% vanadium. The alloy has the combination of high strength, low weight, and excellent corrosion resistance, which makes it suitable for applications where the most critical conditions are required. Its tensile strength is approximately 900 MPa and possesses good fatigue resistance, thus guaranteeing durability in severe stress. Its lightness coupled with structural strength adds little weight.
