Titanium Grade 5 Fasteners consist of an alloy of 90% titanium, 5.5–6.75% aluminum, and 3.5–4.5% vanadium. The composition ensures outstanding strength, light weight, and better corrosion resistance. They have a tensile strength of about 895 MPa and a yield strength of 828 MPa and can function efficiently up to a temperature of 400°C.
