Titanium Grade 2 Tube consists of 99.2% pure titanium with a very small quantity of iron (0.30%), oxygen (0.25%), and other components. This purity provides superior resistance to corrosion, especially in seawater and oxidizing atmospheres. It also has a tensile strength of approximately 344 MPa, yield strength of 275 MPa, and elongation of 20% while providing strength and ductility in balance. Its low density (4.5 g/cm³) renders it lightweight but strong, with great weldability and high-temperature capabilities adding to its overall versatility across demanding industrial and medical applications.
