Titanium Grade 2 Pipe Fittings (UNS R50400) consist of about 99.2% titanium along with minimal additions of iron (≤0.3%), oxygen (≤0.25%), and trace elements. The composition gives a superb combination of corrosion resistance, ductility, and durability. Some of the properties are tensile strength of ~345 MPa, yield strength of ~275 MPa, and elongation of 20%, which makes them both hard and elastic. With a density of 4.51 g/cm³ and excellent resistance to oxidation at high temperatures, Titanium Gr 2 Pipe Fittings join light weight with long-term dependability in demanding industrial applications.
