Monel Ball Valves are made of Monel alloys, the major components being nickel (around 63%) and copper (27–33%), with the presence of traces of iron, manganese, and other constituents. This combination gives it excellent corrosion resistance, especially against seawater, acidic conditions, and alkalis. Mechanically, Monel has superior tensile strength (550–620 MPa), good toughness, and excellent fatigue strength. These valves are resistant to high temperature, stress corrosion cracking, and extreme pressure stability. Their durability is guaranteed through their tough build, which makes them low in maintenance and ensure superior performance in a variety of industrial applications.
