AWS Class ERCuNi MIG and TIG filler wires and rods, produced in Da Nang, Vietnam, are specially designed for welding copper-nickel alloys and their combinations with steels. This composition provides resistance to seawater, stress corrosion, and erosion. Weld deposits typically reach tensile strength between 380–480 MPa with great flexibility and toughness. These materials maintain stability at higher temperatures and resist localized corrosion in chloride-rich environments. Their metallurgical properties make them ideal for joining copper-nickel alloys, welding to steel components, and ensuring durable performance in marine and industrial settings.
