Inconel X-750 tubes are made up mostly of Nickel (70–75%), Chromium (14–17%), and Iron (6–9%) with small additions of Molybdenum (0.5–1.5%), Titanium (0.4–1%), and Aluminum (0.4–1%). This composition provides high high-temperature strength, corrosion resistance, and oxidation stability. Mechanical properties are also high tensile strength (up to 120,000 psi), yield strength (up to 60,000 psi), and elongation of 40%, making them durable in harsh conditions. These characteristics enable Inconel X-750 pipes to resist thermal cycling, creep, and mechanical stress and are therefore well-suited for aerospace, power generation, and other high-stress, high-temperature industrial processes.
