Super Duplex Steel Coils S32760 consist of 24–26% chromium, 6–8% nickel, 3–4% molybdenum, tungsten (0.5–1%), and nitrogen for increased strength and corrosion resistance. This novel chemical structure offers unparalleled resistance to chloride-induced corrosion, stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and erosion. Mechanically, the coils have extremely high tensile strength, better yield strength, and superior impact toughness, even in high-pressure and high-temperature conditions. Their two-phase microstructure (austenitic-ferritic) provides long-term stability, weldability, and toughness, which makes them a great fit for tough industrial applications where performance as well as durability is essential.
