Nickel Alloy 201 Stud Bolts consist mainly of nickel (≥99%) with minimal amounts of iron, copper, manganese, and silicon. The high-purity composition is superior in corrosion resistance in acidic and alkaline mediums. Mechanically, they have a tensile strength of approximately 370 MPa, a yield strength of 105 MPa, and elongation to as much as 40%, which guarantees both strength and ductility. These bolts provide excellent oxidation resistance, good weldability, and machinability. Their electrical and thermal conductivity also improve their functionality, making them suitable for high-temperature and chemically corrosive environments.
